Our Mission

Our mission is to teach and prepare all Kennedy Elementary students to become lifelong learners who lead and serve their community.

Our Vision & Motto is for all students of Kennedy Elementary to learn to ask, “What can I do to learn, lead, and serve?”

Student Transportation

 Students who live more than one mile from school are bussed to and from school. Children who live less than one mile from school walk or are transported by car.

Middle School & High School Attendance Area

After finishing fifth grade, Kennedy students attend Hedrick Middle School and then North Medford High School.

Our Goals at Kennedy for the 25-26 school year:

School Goals:
1 By June 2026, all students at Kennedy will grow in reading, measured by I-Ready or Oregon State Assessments.  
2 By June 2026, all students at Kennedy will grow in math, measured by I-Ready or Oregon State Assessments.    
3 By June 2026, all students at Kennedy Elementary will demonstrate growth in their social/emotional skills as measured by improved student self-assessments and staff observations.
