Free Online Parent Workshop Courses for 2026

The Family Connection is excited to offer our Building Strong Families workshop series for the 2026–2027 program year. This free, five-part series is designed for parents, caregivers, and professionals who support children of all ages and provides practical, relationship-based tools to strengthen families and support healthy child development. These workshops were determined based on parent and provider feedback!

This year's workshops include:

• Childhood Anxiety: Understanding Fear and Responding with Care
• Technology, Social Media, and the Developing Brain: Building Connection and Healthy Boundaries
• Youth Substance Use: Prevention + Conversations That Matter
• Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs): Understanding Childhood Stress and Building Resilience
